I just wanted to thank you and Abe Lee Realty once again for helping me with the sale of my house.
Upon recommendation of family and friends I interviewed three realtors before making a selection. I did not know you very well, but right away I liked your direct and honest approach. You did not tell me about all the homes you had recently sold, nor did you promise me a top price or a quick sale. You just outlined the steps we would have to take, and you assured me you would guide me through everything. I also liked the way you and Abe Lee, president of the company, worked comfortably together as a team.
I selected you and Abe Lee Realty to help in the sale, and I was not disappointed.
In our case, things began to happen unbelievably fast. I could see you were as excited as I was, but you kept your focus on meeting the deadlines, making necessary decisions, and moving ahead smoothly. When some problems developed, you were not afraid to meet them head-on, working with all involved to reach an acceptable solution. You showed your broad basic knowledge and your own resourcefulness as you handled various matters from encroachment agreements to broken gas lines.
You were always cheerful and friendly as you returned my phone calls and updated me with emails. You made me feel like I was the only person you were helping, but I know you were involved with many other clients. Going way beyond the call of duty, you even helped me clean the house!
I am feeling very thankful; now that the sale is complete and escrow is closed. I have recommended you and Abe Lee Realty to m friends. It was an extra special bonus that the company was willing to give 1% of the commission to the non profit organization of my choice.
